What I like:
Valerie and her husband keep the property very well kept, there is tons of space provided to the horses and lots of great trails and fields to ride in as well as a large arena. There is a nice tack shop and a round corral. The individual care of the horses cannot be beat. It's all around a nice place.
What needs improvement:
A barn would be a great added asset but is still great with out, also would he awesome if it was closer :p

What I like:
I love the attentiveness, helpfulness, & caring attitude of the owner. Horses get twice daily (or more) "eyes/hands on" evals. Large pastures with great fencing. Great trails. Reasonable board costs. Large arena. Two-seater bathroom facility! Nice tack room. Round pen. The maintenance man does a great job keeping things up.
What needs improvement:
A warm up area in winter would be a definite plus. Everything else is most sufficient.
