Located in the beautiful desert foothills just north of Phoenix, AZ. The ranch is situated on 34 acres just under 2 miles north of Cave Creek Rd, on School House Rd.
Rockaway Hills Ranch was purchased by the Rosemann Family in December of 2005. Prior to the purchase, it was known as the Lil Bit North Ranch. The previous owners had moved away and the ranch saw only limited usage in the 5 years before the Rosemann's purchased the ranch. Since then, the signs of neglect have been removed and replaced with a vibrant and busy facility and many improvements, the latest being the addition of a new 36 stall mare motel. The next big project is to build another 24 stall barn. |
