What I like: Very professional, consistent. You know what to expect. People are always around, they do night checks on the horses. |
What needs improvement: Very very expensive, board over 600 for a box stall and that only includes hay cubes. If you want hay, it must be supplied at owners expense.
Horses are in box stalls with very limited turnout available: 1hour only in a 14x14 sunpen or 15-20 minutes in a medium sized ring. |

What I like: There are horse shows, which is convenient. There is good security, the grounds are attractive and well maintained. |
What needs improvement: Management states the priority of the facility is running a profitable business, not the comfort of horses and riders. That pretty much says it all. Maintenance is done at inconvenient times for riders, there are always tractors going, tons of loud noises, etc. It is a convenient facility but it is not a relaxing facility. |
