What I like:
Very little to like about this facility and its management.
What needs improvement:
Management is all about the money and not the horses. If you board here, you will need to pay attention to your horse's food, water, and stall condition every day. In case of emergency, Ms Bland can only call the vet, as she gets physically ill if forced to hold or handle a sick horse, and faints at the sight of blood. Broken items are rarely if ever fixed, and trash stays where it's tossed. There is currently no arena, although one is "planned", but the property is small, and there is not even enough room for a short dressage court. Many things in the past have also been "planned", but have never happened.

The trainer on-site is AWFUL. There is LOTS of barn drama that feels like going back to middle-school. Nobody stays here for more than a month or two, and boarders are now leaving en masse. I would strongly urge anyone looking for boarding to pass this facility up and continue to look elsewhere.
