What I like: clean grounds |
What needs improvement: I stumbled upon these reviews and laughed. Apparently others have had the same experiences as we've had. Things start out good, and even stay good for a while. But the passive aggressive nature, the backstabbing with malicious intent and juvenile behavior by the adults (and not the kids) doesnt make it such a happy place. It's hotter than heck in the summer, the fans didnt work when we were there, and the owner(s) complained if you washed your horse off too often (there's even a note stating if anyone washed their horses off too much, the rates would go up!) and to brush their horses instead. When hay prices went up, the feedings became a little smaller. The stalls flood like crazy in the winter time and the issue isnt remedied by adding more footing. Taking some out of the way too deep arena might be an idea! Sorry for the poor review. The owner(s) need to attend anger management classes...Nobody needs more drama. No wonder people post under pseudonames; they're afraid of retaliation. |
