What I like:
NOTHING!
What needs improvement:
This is the WORST boarding facility in the Bay Area!

Horses are neglected, left in 10x10 box stalls for MONTHS without ANY turnout.

Hoof care is ignored by owners and barn owner doesn't enforce it.

NO TURN OUT AREAS.

Horses seem VERY UNHAPPY, stalls only, no pasture, no area to graze.

The whole facility is on a hill and all walking around is on a steep gravel driveway.

Horrible hay quality, the ranch man does a horrible job at cleaning stalls.

Waterers are dirty and old, and don't always work.

DO NOT BOARD HERE!
