What I like:
Kal is a sweet heart, he is very personable!
ie: ( Handsome) he has my Uncles smile and laugh, very genuine! Takes great care of his animals and clients. If not for Groupon I would have never known, it's clean friendly and close-the best horse is someone elses, the best pool is someone elses :-) I don't have to feed daily as they do it, I live 1hr 15 mins. from there; no way I could feed 2-3 x's a day. Riding the trails , beaches on/in the lake so close but so far -(everyday stuff) I Appreciate the entire facility very much! |
What needs improvement:
In my opinion nothing, if you are looking for more, then you must move on and find what it is you /horse NEEDS. |

What I like:
extremely close to trail riding on Folsom Lake. Owners are on site 24 hrs a day (they live there). Its clear that they care about the horses and try to provide as best as possible. Facility is very clean and well kept. Two round pens plus an arena. Not set up for any particular discipline, most people there are trail riders. |
What needs improvement:
small arena, footing can be so so but again, this is not the focus of this place. You're not going to go there to become a jumping champ! |
