What I like:
The grounds are expansive. The facility sits atop a hill and overlooks the valley. The views from the MASSIVE covered arena are lovely. The covered is covered on two sides (one short, one long) and has outstanding Fibar footing. A short wall is covered in mirrors. You are allowed to move jumps as necesssary. The barns are all cinderblock so there is little to no signs of wear on the barns themselves. Stalls are 12 x 12 with attached paddocks off the back. The grass hay fed is outstanding. There are MILES of trails to ride on the property. There is a huge outdoor arena though the footing is just dirt. Management is very friendly.
What needs improvement:
There are several trainers at the facility. All of which are lovely and very friendly but arena conflicts can/do arise. It is a bit desoate looking with minimal landscape. It could stand a bit of warming up.
