What I like: The management and new ownership is excellent. Problems are taken care of right away and all is handled very professionally. The trainers provide a nice atmosphere for their clients because they all get along. The arenas are nicely watered and groomed everyday and footing is added when needed. Lots of room for everyone and every discipline and miles of trails around Hansen Dam with easy access to them. Great parking on non-dusty ground. Box stalls as well as large pipe stalls are available. Four rated dressage shows per year as well as six schooling dressage shows. Also many hunter/jumper shows throughout the year. Cubes provided as well as all types of hay. |
What needs improvement: The freeway noise can at times be rather loud so a sound wall might be in order someday. The boarder has to provide the shavings in the pipe stalls and pay a small fee for their removal. |

What I like: The new owners have done quite a bit to fix up the place. Great shows and beautiful brand new fences. Great access to wonderful trails throughout Hansen Dam. |
What needs improvement: More turnouts and larger turnouts would be great. The concrete drive is always a little scary if a horse gets loose but just hold onto them and there's no problem! |
