condition with all weather footing in the 3 rings, beautifully manicured grounds around

What I like: amazing stable! friendly staff, helpful horses, awesome trainers. this place has it all! |
What needs improvement: nothing really, but i would enjoy a grazing ground. |

What I like: Always have enough shavings. If you need more, they supply and don't charge extra.
Hay is always top quality. Stable is kept insanely clean. Great footing in all 3 arenas. |
What needs improvement: Flies are a problem. |
