What I like: Excellent horse care, bright, airy, updated barn, owner/manager right on the property, she is flexible and knowlegable and truely loves the horses. Owner is great communicating what is going on with your horses if you can't be there. Generous with bedding and hay and the stalls are always clean! Fun place to board!! |
What needs improvement: looking forward to an indoor! |

What I like: Excellent care!!! Above all, care is most important to me, and if you want a place where care is never a concern than this is the place. Whatever I need for my horse is taken care of by the barn owner. I have boarded at show stables prior to this that were top of the line, but they do not compare in that you actually have the owner taking care of and watching your horse...not some groom! It is the barn i have been looking for forever! No hidden fees, flexible, caring, all day turnout, blanketing/boots included, great environment, excellent hay, feed and bedding of the stalls. It was a rough winter and I moved in when the owner opened, and through the tough winter my horse was always taken great care of. There are not any other barns in the area that I can say pay this much attention to the needs of the horses and the owner and are happy to be doing so! |
What needs improvement: I am completely happy with the care and dont see any need for improvement of stable. Clean, happy and great place! |

What I like: The most important thing to me is level of care for the horse I am about to buy. The owner/manager lives on the premesis. She is very observant and checks the horses often. She will provide whatever feed and supplements the owner wants and is willing to blanket/unblanket each horse according to the owner's request. Turnout is all day. Also, each horse gets hay 5 times a day and the owner of the barn checks on the horses at 10 PM nightly(when they get their last flake). The place is as clean as I've ever seen a barn and paddocks. The barn is airy and bright. And, I can bring my own trainer on the premesis to work with me ! The owner will wait for the vet, farrier, etc. It's great. |
What needs improvement: It would be nice to have an indoor ring, but my priority is really good care. |
