What I like:
I like the fact that everything that you need is readily available. If you need help with something there is usually someone around who will take a minute to help you out. It's also really easy to just get in, take care of your horse, and leave. People will leave you alone if you want to be left alone.
What needs improvement:
There is a very clique-y atmosphere. It can be hard to make friends with the groups that are already established. Some of the turnouts get flooded and extremely soggy. They don't offer stall cleaning services. They don't have an on-facility vet, which I think they really should have due to the sheer number of animals that are there.
