What I like:
The people are excellent, hardly a rude person to be found. Nearly all are extremly willing to help. The people who show are like a family to one another. The trainer is able to connect and communicate with almost everyone, including young riders. She is also consistently trying to improve her knowledge through books, clinics, videos, etc, and is always willing to try something out of the ordinary if it will help the horse.
What needs improvement:
The dirt footing covers you in a layer of grime. However, since the arenas are used for turn out for some of the horses, a dustless footing is easy to sacrifice.

What I like:
The people are great, and there are gorgeous trails a quarter-mile down the road through fields and involving a creek.
What needs improvement:
The turnout is poor, using the outdoor arena for turnout when there are fields with grass available. It needs fixing up, there are serious safety hazards around, with horses being seriously injured.
