What I like:
The clients were extraordinarly nice and Donna is an amazing trainer. She never left a scheduled lesson to a teenager, except for emergencies. Safety is her priority - when I rode at this barn, I recall helmets being required for the young kids, and very encouraged for all other riders. She never put me on a horse that I couldn't handle, and whenever a normally safe horse was acting extremly unsafe, she took me off the horse and put me on one that was acting safe. She does not push her students to show, show, show, win, win, win, but simply wants them to enjoy horses. If they want to show, so be it, but if they do not, then she will simply leave it alone. The facilites are neat and well kept and clean. Proper horsemanship is very well emphasized to all clients. Fencing is safe and kept in well repair. Prices are very reasonable.
What needs improvement:
Not much, if anything. Perhaps more run-in shelters.
