I don't know what the trailer parking costs, sorry. Excellent trail access mixed with small XC jumps, water crossings, ditch, banks, and other natural obstacles, BN-N sized. Riders can bring in any trainer they like, which is a HUGE plus. |

What I like: Barn management is extremely conscientious, care is careful but not fussy, property is immaculately maintained (swept, mowed, clean, fences repaired, arena dragged regularly, etc.) No barn drama is tolerated. Horse care and safety are the emphasis, and riders can bring any trainer who operates safely and appropriately, so horse care isn't linked to discipline or competitive goals but to what the horse needs to be happy and healthy. Also, the schedule is very very consistent, and horses seem to thrive here. There is frequently a waiting list. |
What needs improvement: The outdoor jumping arena footing is sandy and a bit deep for some owners' preference. But the indoor is excellent and one can ride the trails nearly all year, weather permitting. |
