What I like:
After a lifetime of owning and training horses, and having dealt with many trainers in different disciplines, there is ONE stable I will turn to in the future- Odyssey. Anita and Denise define for me what the equine professional should be.
The atmosphere about their farm is unfailingly positive and enjoyable! |
What needs improvement:
Odyssey always looks presentable and tidy, I love that! The grounds are improving every year, and I am very impressed with what they can do! |

What I like:
Before I purchased my first horse I looked at every stable in the area. Odyssey is the one I choose and my decision was based solely on the owner and trainer, Anita Alden. Her horse skills are incredible! She always puts the safety and well-being of her animals first. She does not just "teach" a lesson, but instructs , quietly with every conversation you have with her. Anita clearly has a remarkable love of animals and a fine way with people. |
What needs improvement:
More clinics, better Michigan weather and additional time in the day. |

What I like:
Anita is very sensitive to the needs of the horse to maximize its potential. Denise has a broad knowledge base to answer your questions about carriage driving. Together, they've taken my rough, feisty horse and educated me so we can both enjoy carrige driving. |
What needs improvement:
I sure wish the stable was closer to me, but failing that, I drive there willingly. |

What I like:
Anita and Denise are professional, hard working and honest!!! They do a great job with any horse or pony. They are alot of fun also!!! I recommend them highly. |
What needs improvement:
The facility is being renovated and has come a longggggg way. All that takes alot of money that is hard to come by...Keep up the great work!!! |

What I like:
Odyssey is less like a stable, and more like a family full of people who love horses and carriage driving. It is home, both for me, and for my horse. |
What needs improvement:
The owner needs to win the lottery so she can make improvements to the facilities ;) |

What I like:
They treat every person and horse with the greatest care, to help both acheive their goals (and even help define those goals if it is needed). They have great expertise and are great fun to work with. |

What I like:
Anita and Denise are not only excellent stable managers but also master Trainers. They care for the horses top notch and the training is altered to each driver need and each horses needs. |
