What I like:
Very clean, beautiful barn with a good set-up. Multiple tack rooms, lounge, heated in the winter. Well ventilated, good size arenas indoor and out with good footing. |
What needs improvement:
Pricing may be prohibitive to some prospective clients. Does not offer a focused show atmosphere, which may be a deterrent to some H/J/D/E types. |
