What I like:
I boarded here, moved out of state, and returned to Kadler for many reasons: knowledgable and experienced owner who lives on site, roomy stalls, indoor with good footing and recently installed mirrors, large outdoor with well-drained footing, variety of jump equipment, solid fencing with turn-out alley, grain/hay/supplement program based on current research and consultation with owner, access to several vets and farriers with quick response time for emergencies, access to trails and land for hacking, heated tack room w/ large tack lockers, heated lounge, excellent jump trainer/coach, friendly boarders, range of fun/instructional activities. Recently applied for and received Certified Stable designation from MN Horse Council.
What needs improvement:
Owner has identified and is working on several areas including new washrack/cross tie area, better footing in some pastures, and filling low spots in several stalls.

What I like:
I adore this stable, and I consider all of the boarders my friends and "family-away-from-family." I love the good company and all around friendly atmosphere. I've kept my horse here for over a year and I never once had to worry about him when he was in the hands of Robin Fauchald. It is very true that she understands your horse is more than a pet, and treats them if they were her own.
What needs improvement:
As said before, anything that needs improvement is already in the process of being improved.

What I like:
I have had my horse at Kadler Farm for a little over a year, and my decision to board here was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
The facilities are clean, safe and beautiful, without being pretentious. My horse has a large stall with a great view of the activities in the arena and never gets bored. The stalls are big and open and she can visit with her neighbors, which I love. The horses get turned out into their pastures in carefully selected small groups and get to play outside every day. Horses of all breeds and disciplines, and riders of all ages/experience levels are equally happy here; this isn't the type of barn that will make you insecure if you don't have a $10,000 horse. But if you do; that's ok too! I truly have NEVER seen my horse happier (or myself, for that matter) than at Kadler. I was even able to wean my horse off her "calming" supplement after moving here; she simply stopped being a nervous, goofy mare! I'm not the only person who has noticed that the horses settle in REMARKABLY well and love living here.
Robin is everything I've been looking for in a barn owner/manager; she's ridiculously knowledgeable about anything horse-related, and I truly feel like she treats ALL the horses like they're her own. You can tell she obviously loves what she does! I can completely trust her to be my "eyes and ears" when I'm not there.
If you're looking for a place where you don't have to lose one bit of sleep worrying if your horse is being well-taken care of, Kadler Farm is the place for you.
What needs improvement:
I agree with Gina; a few more cross-ties would be great, especially when the barn is busy, but I certainly don't mind getting my horse ready in her stall. :)

What I like:
Clean, safe facilities with a fabulous indoor arena (also an outdoor but I haven't had the chance to use it yet). The stalls are roomy, the pastures large and well-kept. Best of all, the horses are happy and well cared for. Robin is a great resource and always accessible (and fun to boot!). This place is a gem....
What needs improvement:
Anything I can think of is in the process of being addressed/improved.

What I like:
Great indoor, knowledgable owner, large turnout, washrack
What needs improvement:
Stalls were cleaned every 2-3 days! Deep spots in outdoor
Stable Owner's Response:
Jim, Thank you for your review. But perhaps you have the wrong stable. Kadler Farm has never had anyone named Jim board here before and I would remember you especially with all of your experience. Additionally, our stalls are cleaned daily. Thank you.

What I like:
Nice roomy stalls, indoor arena with good footing, close to all my favorite parks to go trail riding. There is a selection of trainers to choose from, good hay and feed and small group turnouts.
What needs improvement:
Needs more crosstie and tying areas, but I know they are in the process of building.
