What I like:
THE GROUNDS OF PRESIDIO FARMS ARE ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! IT IS ALWAYS KEPT CLEAN AND THE INDOOR ARENA IS TREMENDOUS. HORSES ARE TURNED OUT EVERY DAY FOR SEVERAL HOURS AND HAY IS GIVEN MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. FRAN HELPED ME TRAIN MY 2 YEAR OLD PAINT HORSE AND THE WORK AND EFFORT SHE PUT IN, I WILL BE THANKFUL FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!

What I like:
The horses best interest is always kept in mind.
What needs improvement:
I wrote the first review for this barn and at the time that is exactly how I felt. Unfortunately the owner is nice to you to begin with, but as soon as you take one wrong step she becomes a completely different person. Very controlling and even demeaning at times. If you're looking for a nice place to keep your horse for lay-up it is great. Otherwise steer-clear.

What I like:
The barn owner always has your horses best interest and health in mind. Excellent care and handling by everyone at this barn.
What needs improvement:
Turn-out duration could be longer and more frequent.
