What I like: Beautiful barn. Large indoor. Lots of light and ventilation. Mostly nice people. Daria (the owner) is generous, and has stepped up her game with great communication and wonderful assistants. The guys that maintain the stalls and property are excellent and have great attitudes. Nice clinics (mostly dressage). Big stalls. Turnout very good. Nice field to ride in, in the back of property. The barn is in an excellent location for showing and clinics. A very flexible barn when it comes to bringing in outside trainers, vets and farriers. |
What needs improvement: Attitudes of some of the boarders. They are taking a long time to adjust to the fact that this barn is multi-disciplined and boarders would like to jump their horses, but management is doing an excellent job of keeping the communication flowing. Also would be nice to have outdoor watered during dry spells. |

What I like: Every effort is made to accomodate the horse and rider's needs. Lots of turn out and many options to have the horse exercised when the weather does not permit turnout. Good communication with owner and staff. Excellent trainer available on-site. Very flexible options for own trainers, vets, farriers, etc. There have been a lot of great clinics with well known clinicians. |
What needs improvement: Occasional problems with watering indoor footing. Sometimes there are issues with boarders of different disciplines sharing the facility and individual interpretations of barn and ring rules. |

What I like: Large indoor with adjoining outdoor. Dutch doors, 12 x 12 stalls. Very well ventilated and bright facility. Dressage ESDCTA schooling shows and clinics. Not closed on Mondays or holidays. Lots of turnout areas of several different sizes, including very small areas for show horses. Almost any type of grain you want that is reasonably priced. Basically unlimited hay. Free Trailer parking. Lots of blanket changes. Farm owner and several staff live on property. Free longeing and free jumping allowed in indoor arena. Large hayfield to ride in. Bring in any trainer you like with farm owners approval. Emergency transportation for horses available. Several vets, farriers, chiropractors etc. come to the farm, or feel free to bring in another one. Farm owner has a personal relationship with many other top level professionals in the area and is very willing to make recommendations. Washer/Dryer available at no extra charge, detergent included. Dogs allowed. |
What needs improvement: Not enough free alcohol... |
