Training: Specializing in English and Western Pleasure. Starting young horses with ground work.
Riding Lessons and Instruction: Available for all ages, levels english or western. We do have lesson horses.
We as a family show appaloosas at breed shows and local show. However, we do not put "professional horse shows" onto our lessons students. If you are interest in showing in the local show circuit please let us know you are serious about it as the intensity of the lesson changes if you want to get highly technical for "Show"
Unless seriously into showing here at JEM Farm we teach our students the proper grooming, saddling and riding techniques you wish to learn. All done in a non serious fun atmosphere! We do have to fun shows at our own farm for those who participated in lessons in the fall and spring for those to show off their skills. These two fun shows are not "dress up" shows. Riders come in casual clothes, bring family and have a fun bbq with showing and games.
