What I like:
The owners truly love each and every horse out there even if they don't own it. They are so willing to work with you on anything and everything. I was so excited the day I went out there and Steve had put up gates so I could practice trotting in and out with my mare! I don't have to worry at all when I can't get out to the barn because I know that my horse is being well taken care of. I'm honestly not looking forward to the day when I move Laverne home. I absolutely LOVE SPEC!!
What needs improvement:
Lori and Steve are constantly working on things at the barn. It is looking better and better out there all the time!

What I like:
Lori and Steve really care about the horses at their barn. They keep a close eye out for changes in eating and drinking patterns, body weight, and any new boo boos that pop up. Lori has extensive experience in managing a barn and it really shows. When they plan to make changes around the barn, they get done in a timely manor, while still keeping up with the normal barn work. Also there is grass in the pastures year round, which is nice to see. Plenty of parking for trailers, people to ride with, and help from boarders make it a great barn to be at.
What needs improvement:
All the things that need to be improved are currently being worked on:
another pasture is going in, they are putting in hot water for the wash stall, they have plans to put stall skins in.
