What I like:
Facility has large pastures and stalls. Stalls are cleaned regularly. Horses are fed regularly. Facility has large trail network.
What needs improvement:
Owner and manager are not attentive to horses needs. Owner not available to clients. Sick horses are often not quarantined. Lame horses are still used in facility lessons. Trainer misrepresents sale horses and places children in dangerous situations. Trainer convinces clients to purchase horses from her that are unsafe, poorly suited to client, or unhealthy/injured and relies on inexperience of clients to continue under false pretenses.

What I like:
Everything! They have ample space for turnout, being on ~900 acres. They have a cross country course that is challenging but easy to navigate, and has different levels of difficulty. They have 3 large arenas, one outdoor and 2 covered (one with shredded rubber footing). Lots of jumping standards and poles, with gates and walls. The stalls are HUGE, 16x16 I believe, and airy. Everyone is great, the environment is wonderful.
What needs improvement:
The only thing I can think of is finishing the fields with permanent fencing, which may have already been done since I was last there. And there is a grading and excavating business that is based on the property.
