What needs improvement:
I just want to say that EVERY BARN has barn drama...I have boarded at 4 other barns and they all have drama...it is up to each person if they want to listen to the drama or walk away |

What I like:
Nothing. |
What needs improvement:
The place is not taken care of. The barn and fences are not taken care of or repaired and the horses get hurt. This place is full of drama and gossip and it is not an enjoyable place. |

What I like:
lots of pasture area. If you like drama the owners and staff are drama queens all the time and love to gossip! |
What needs improvement:
the fencing, the pastures need mowed and planted and rocks removed. Horses get hurt a lot in the pasture. Care is inconsistent and unreliable. |
