What I like:
Indoor is nice, outdoor is nice, lots of turnout space. Consistent care (Feeding/watering/tur out when weather is applicable)
What needs improvement:
The fields flood frequently, especially in spring, cutting turnout time at least in half. If you don't show, you're not included in the barn "family". Overall not the best environment.
