What I like:
Very laid back atmosphere. Low pressure environment. Nice size ring.
As long as you are a knowledgeable horse person this is a good way to afford a horse. |
What needs improvement:
BO thinks she knows everthing and is always right. (She does know a lot but not everything). Stalls are only cleaned IF there is someone to clean them. If it is too cold, too wet, too hot... the stalls stay dirty.
Property is not clean, or well cared for. |
