What I like:
The farm is always so clean. I first started taking lessons but then I moved my horse to the farm. I show at mostly "a" shows and the training that I have received at the farm is first rate. The prices are great and I always feel like part of the family. There are rides of all levels and the three trainers can accommodate beginners through international
Level riders and horses.

Since my horse is a show jumper he dos not get turned out much so
The pastures are fine by me.
What needs improvement:
I wish the main barn had more windows but it is huge and airy.

What I like:
Great care. The staff are always willing to help when i have any need or question. The care in the stalls can not be better. The instruction has taken my horse amd i up three levels without making my horse or i sore. The clinics we travel to help with my learning. The fact that the three trainers continue to take instruction to better their ability to teach makes this place a true learning academy. Thanks to everyone involved in making my time here so great!
What needs improvement:
Nohing.

What I like:
This barn has many new amenities including a nice large, indoor ring. All stalls have automatic waterers. Stalls are picked out at least 3 times daily. The feeding, and stall cleaning staff are absolutely wonderful and deeply care for the horses. The stalls are open & there is a nice heated tack room with a bathroom and shower. Offers good beginner lessons only.
What needs improvement:
There is NO VENTILATION whatsoever in this barn. There are no windows through the entire 30+ stall barn & it is sweltering in the summer. Fans are allowed, however they are turned off early in the afternoon. The hay is stored next to the indoor ring & all of the ring dust settles into the hay. During wet conditions horses can go up to 2 weeks without turnout as there are NO sacrifice lots available. The pastures are not seeded, rotated or maintained & are chocked full of weeds. Erosion is so severe that a horse almost died in turnout as it rolled into an eroded, washed out area and became entrapped. A total lack of professionalism prevails in the management team at this stable; all boarders can expect to be gossiped about. As well, a boarder can expect to hear the owners, and other trainers demeaned openly and regularly. The training level is appropriate for beginner to low level riders and well trained horses. This barn is not appropriate for an upper level rider or green horse especially as there is a minimum lesson requirement with the in house staff. Further, shows are attended infrequently and are mainly at the schooling level. Last, the barn and its turnouts are located under large power lines.

What I like:
Fantastic trainer and staff, beautiful facility. My horse is extremely happy here! Nice pastures, large stalls, caring & attentive staff. Instruction is top notch in hunter/jumper and dressage. Instructors are knowledgable and tailor lessons to your goals. Katt has helped my make amazing progress with my horse. Great environment for kids and adults. Safe, professional and fun! On-site club organizes shows, clinics and outside trips. Has every amentity an owner could hope for. Even the barn farrier did an amazing job fixing my horse's feet.
What needs improvement:
Nothing!
