What I like:
What I like about this barn is that it is not over crowded and you do not have 20 differant people feeding your horse. They know each individual horses personality and the trainer Jessica loves the horses. She's a great teacher. The horses are spoiled but behave! I like that we do not have to go on the road to go trail ridng,the river trail is connected to the property.Yeah! I know that my horse is well taking care of a well as the other horses. Also it is usually the same boarders unless one is sold for a new one to replace it..The boarders appreciate a good thing when they have it! I would not want to leave my stall! Also I learn alot watching Jessica train the baby's and horses in for training.The facility is great,big stall, heated take room, hot water, picnic area, huge ring with great footing and plenty of jumps,lights for night riding, easy trailer turn around. I did notice that the website on this page was incorrect it is www.starlytefarms.webs. It is a fun atmosphere, it is a mix of ages family oriented.Oh about the hay it is what ever your horse needs- some tim,some orchard,some mixed with alpha. Jessca feeds the horses what they need not all horses eat the same.My first horse needed alpha, my new horse tim/mix. |
What needs improvement:
I like the farm just the way it is. Friendly,fun, safe equestrian environment. Having a horse is my is my enjoyment, I am content. |

What I like:
It is a hands on farm with individual care given to each horse/pony catering to it needs. Some horses have tim/orchard some have alfalfa mix. The stalls are huge with automatic waters and the stall doors are absolutely adorable. The ring has great footing sand/screenings and is a oversized with plenty of jumps, also has lights so I can ride after work. After riding I take my horse into the nice hot water wash stall. I also enjoy having a heated tack room considering winter seems to long around here. The best part is the pastures only have 2 to 3 horses in each and there is individual turnout if needed. My horse has been taken care of very well and the other horses in the barn as well. If you need anything Jessica is willing to help you. Starlyte has a warm family atmoshere .There is parking for trailers with easy in and out access. Also it 's close to the bypass. |
What needs improvement:
There are only two things I can think of........Having a indoor and although their is ample turn out more grass would be nice. |
