What I like:
spacious pastures, large stalls, large tack room trails near property |
What needs improvement:
pastures in bad shape and need maintenance, fencing needs repair, more consistancy with horse care, less drama with owner |

What I like:
12 hrs turnout daily on grass, hay in winter, stalls clean with foam mats, dutch doors each stall, large outdoor arena, 2 round pens, your trainer with insurance allowed, grain options, blanket changes |
What needs improvement:
No lights for outdoor, wash stalls are outside so cannot be used in winter, fields are not mowed regularly and get very overgrown and weedy, owner/manager has been caught in numerous lies regarding farm and horse care, besides flipping out on people. |
