What I like:
Nice trails
What needs improvement:
Grass pastures are not used when wet and horses will be turned out in the mud pit paddock, with no shelter, in rain/ice/snow. Horses brought inside in the evening soaking wet & freezing cold, then just left in their stalls, actually dripping from head to toe. Owners will not blanket, even for an extra fee. I found the horses baking in the sun all day with no water in the troughs on several occassions. Trainer is in need of additional safety knowlege for both the horses and her students. Bedding was the dustiest bedding I've ever seen used in horse stalls, creating a respitory issue for all the horses in the barn. Several roof leaks leave puddles in the stalls. Boarders are NEVER around, most have no idea how their horses are being cared for.
