What I like: @ Broken Arrow- may I ask how we do not take care of our horses? These horses get fed twice a day with top brand Safe Choice. Water buckets also get cleaned every morning. The winter fields are yes muddy but we have had a lot of rain and snow this year... every barn is going to have mud. Its not like we are going to go put horses up in our summer fields so the can rip up the green grass that they have all summer.
@ Honest- when ever we see a horse has a cut or is in any trouble we have the vet out. Also, taking it your a past boarder, unless you were at our barn 24/ 7 then you wouldn't know when we had the vet out or not. At night when no one is in the barn we turn on a sound radio so if a horse does get casted or is coughing its lungs out we can hear it. So before you bad mouth us about how we care about these horses you should know the facts.
@ Judy Smith- must people see my mother as the bad person here because she is the one who usually asks people to move there horses out. Personally everyone we have asked to move out has had a grudge against her. Even if you are not a past boarder you have probably heard stories. Thank you though for your compliment on the Horse trainer, I know I am young but I have grown up with an amazing trainer and my kids are getting better and better each year. Thank you.
@ Prior Boarder- like I said above these horses get fed twice a day and they always get 3-4 laps of hay once a day. Yea sometimes they may get 2-3 laps but that is only when they are either in a round bale all day, or up in the summer fields eating grass all night. Come fall and winter when our horses are in the winter field they do get a round bale once a week. The only time they wouldn't get one that week is if it was a rainy week. If you were renting a field doing self care it was then your responsibility to get the round bales or talk to us about it.
~ Overall the bad reviews must be wrong because we have a full barn right now. We are an active barn that does more then most barn. We take horses to the beach, trail rides, camping with the horses, and much more. |
What needs improvement: Thank you everyone who did put a good review in. You are the people that are mature and professional about the horse world. |

What I like: ..... |
What needs improvement: there would be days where i would watch all the other horses get fed while horses in the field where i boarded, wouldn't get anything at all. we were promised round bales, which we never got. my horses dropped weight since half the time my horses wouldn't get grain, they would get maybe a lap of hay a day. the field board water buckets were green and disgusting. the owners come off nice but if you board there long enough you'll find out how much they LOVE to cause trouble. all they care about is the money, and horses' welfare clearly dosen't factor into their bussiness style. |

What I like: The thing I hate about the horse world is that everyone is out to get each other. Like half the bad comments about this barn are probably other barn owners who want the business so they well bad mouth others. All Seasons Stables is a very well taken care of barn. Yea its an old farm and it isn't some fancy hose hotel but the place is nice. Have you seen their summer fields? Its all grass and open and a lot of space. Truthfully I believe anyone should go look at a barn for their own and not read what people have to say if it is bad. This goes for any barn. How do you know their not some barn owner already just trying to scare business away from a different farm. |
What needs improvement: nothing that I see. they have wire fencing but they are working on getting their full ring footed before going back to finish all the other fields with white fencing. They started 3 fields with white fencing and i think theres 3 or 4 more that need to be redone. but a field is a field. |

What I like: Large riding ring. Inexpensive boarding cost. |
What needs improvement: The owner of this farm, Kathy is a nutcase! You are fine if you agree on her basic horse knowledge and farm management, but if you question her, out you go! I have to disagree with "Honest" on the review of the young ladies who are giving lessons there. They are extremely helpful to all the boarders and practice total safety with the lesson children. The students are mounted to appropriate horses, and they go well beyond the hour lesson to help students with learning of riding concepts. Very devoted young ladies! If you want the prestige of an instructor with a equine degree, you will pay double the price for board and lessons. These girls can ride the socks off of most of those instructors who are charging twice the price. |

What I like: Friendly people |
What needs improvement: First and foremost, the horse care. While the family is nice enough, they have absolutely no business running a farm. Horses are left in poor conditions and vet care is far less than frequent. The "trainers" are young girls that have no knowledge of horse safety, solid riding, etc. It's frightening that they are teaching children! I know the price is very inviting, and they are certainly friendly people, but please do your horse a favor and board elsewhere. The jumps were also taken from a well-loved local farm that was closing, as you can tell from their pictures. |

What I like: Choose a boarding location that is a good "fit" for you and your horse. Talk to other boarders there. Ask for references. It is strange that BrokenArrow paints a completely different picture of this stable than what I've seen. I visit at different times and there are no surprises... The owners Kathy and Chris are diligent, caring, helpful and attentive to both horses and riders Their stable help is reliable and efficient. This stable has a great location, plentiful pasture, a large ring, and caring, knowledgeable proprietors. |

What I like: This stable isn't as bad as everyone states. Just because they might of had to ask bad boarders to leave those boarders will bad mouth anyone. Chris and Kathy work hard and they have an awsome worker there that has been there for 3 yrs. yeah they put horses in winter fields cause they don't want to mess up the green summer pastures, my horse never gets hurts out the winter fields. didn't you ever hear about roating fields. at least they have nice green fields. you can go to any place but you will only tell if you check it out for yourself |

What I like: absolutly nothing |
What needs improvement: I've been dealing with horses for 30 years. I had to move out of the Stable where I was and move into All Seasons. I heard some great reviews about this stable but it was completly the opposite of what I heard. Care of the horses was extremly poor, horses where not fed properly, water if present was filthy, for the size of the farm there far too many horses. Pastures where nothing but mud holes. For being in business and dealing with horses, on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give them a 1. Before anyone thinks about, bringing their horses to All Seasons, think twice about this place. This heads up is from experiance. Please beware. |
