What I like: Exceptional care. Immaculate and well kept property. Stalls are clean and comfortable. Never have to worry one minute about our horse... total peace of mind. Customized feeding program. Quality hay and horses are generously fed - no skimping. Blanketing, putting on/taking off boots, etc. is never a problem. The horses are always fed and turned out on schedule... very happy horses. Indoor and outdoor rings well maintained and groomed. Really nice barn atmosphere. |
What needs improvement: Anything I can think of seems trivial... sure, a sink in the tack room (as mentioned in previous review) would be nice. But in the grand scheme of things, not essential. Boarders clean tack right aside the wash stall and it works. The most important aspect of care are done top notch. |

What I like: Looks pretty inside and out, Stable help excellent; stalls clean |
What needs improvement: No fencing around jumping arena, and footing is only screenings which gets very hard in summer, pastures in desperate need of re-seeding; only half-day turnout, indoor way too small for 36 boarders, no trails, tack rooms small with no sink to clean tack not worth $700/month |
