What I like:
Horses are well trained and the staff was friendly.
What needs improvement:
The cross-country ($150 an hour for 3 adults) was circling a dried-out corn field (for the 1st half hour I was assuming we were getting closer to the trail so the horses can trot). 45 mins into the ride I had to ask the group leader (who was only about 12-14 years old, but was great with horses) if we were going to trot at all? So we did for about 60 seconds but it seemed as if there was no actual trail that the horses were familiar with to do so on their daily routine. A few minutes later the ride was over. I didn't realize it was the end because I was still waiting for the excitement to begin (at least some trotting and an actual trail to do so). Out of the several x's of riding, this was my least favorite :(
