What I like:
Barn stalls with attached runs - Power available in winter - Cheap rates.
What needs improvement:
Quality of hay - often very old (2yrs) and moldy
Owner very ill tempered and embarrassing
Horses left in his care malnourished and in poor state.
Dangerous debris around stable area
