What I like:
Facility is gated which is a nice safety feature. That's about it.....
What needs improvement:
Would not recommend. Inconsistent care- all barn work is done by college students with little to no horse experience. Poor turnout- almost no grass in turnout. Only two feeds available for your horse. Not enough bedding in stalls; not properly cleaned. Claims to provide free choice coastal; only 1-2 flakes are given once per day. Arena footing is not maintained. Would only recommend lessons for beginners; otherwise, you won't get much out of them. There are better options for boarding/training facilities.

What I like:
This barn is a quality private hunter/jumper barn. The size allows for the owner/manager Christian to give the best personal care to each and every horse. I have not been at another barn where the caretakers were as concerned and watchful regarding each and every horse. The facility is super clean, neat and safe. Horses can be turned out in small groups on pasture or alone. Fencing is quality and in good repair. Horses go out all day or all night depending on time of year. Arena is large with good footing even when wet. There is a nice hunt/jumper course always set up. There are many trails on the property. A wash area with stocks and cross tie area are some other amenities. Christian is a very helpful and knowledgeable horse person with years of experience on the A show hunter/jumper circuit. I highly recommend this barn if you are interested in quality full care board for your horse.
What needs improvement:
Nothing that I can think of.
