What I like:
Grass turnout is very important and pasture management is good. Nice wash rack and Grooming areas. Horses are well cared for and are each treated as an individual nutritionally. Shade runs in the pasture. Farm is very practical, there are no bells and whistles. Horses are kept in or turned out on a limited basis when it rains.
What needs improvement:
Small farm only , barbed wire but it has hot wire in front of it. Barn gets dusty as it is a dirt aisle barn. Farm is very practical, there are no bells and whistles. Get's slick when it rains because it is all clay out there.
