What I like:
The barn owners are wonderfully sweet people-- they really want to run the place well. They allow the local Pony Club to have mounted meetings there.
The outdoor arena is big and the jumps are nice.

Very pleasant place!
What needs improvement:
The indoor arena is small, but it serves its purpose-- a place to ride when it's too wet.

The outdoor arena is the lowest place, (the barn is on a hill so your horse will at least be dry, so I guess it's better that the arena is lower) so when it rains, it takes a good while for the place to dry out.

I wish they put concrete in the barn, but the aisles are matted and the wash area is concrete
