What I like:
The staff! These people actually care about your horse and go the extra mile to take excellent care of your horse. They get turned out all day during the winter, all night at summer in large individual paddocks. There are 3 feedings a day and 4-5 hayings, all with the goal of consistent small meals so your horse is never fed grain on an empty stomach. They're great about giving supplements and adjusting their feed. They have senior, strategy, and HC 100 (10% pellet for the easy keepers). Alfalfa and really nice coastal are fed, and they keep a chart of what horse gets how much so you don't have accidents. The stalls are good 12x12 stalls, a few 10x12 and 10x10 that usually only smaller horses are put in, and a couple of bigger stalls that usually older/larger horses get. To accomodate sizes and personalities the management moves horses around until they are happy with their neighbors. The workers are usually college students, so they all speak English and are happy to help out with whatever crazy requests you may have. I wish my horse could live there forever!
What needs improvement:
This is not going to be the fanciest barn in the world. It's not one of those bright shiny perfectly dusted barns. However, the amazing care the horses get, along with individual turnout and a laid back fun group of boarders makes this barn incredible.

What I like:
Horses are very well monitered-- management very willing to move horses to different stalls/pastures if there are problems between neighbors

Care is immaculate-- try hard to accommodate owners' requests

Michele, the trainer, is wonderful

Host plenty of fun and relaxed schooling shows, recognized shows and clinics

Plenty of room to ride outside the arena and footing in arena is great
What needs improvement:
Not a fan of the dirt aisles, but they are kept tidy
