What I like:
The owner is so accomodating and the horses are quite happy with their environment. Jayne is on top of any issue the horses have...I never have to worry about them. A quick eye with the rider and the horse, she zeroes in on any issue and is very creative on fixing what the problem is. The covered arena and the footing are fantastic.
What needs improvement:
Jayne is working on bringing the pastures in with grass and is doing quite well.

What I like:
The indoor arena is nice, the main barn is clean and pretty roomy, and the trainer is a wonderful person to talk to-- very friendly and knowledgable.

Good footing

Runs very nice clinics
What needs improvement:
There isn't a significant division between the actual arena and the set of stalls facing it-- only the small piping barrier for the Dressage arena. Not ideal for a spooky horse that needs an enclosed space.

The only bathroom is a port-o-potty.

There was junk just sitting around behind the barn

Some Fencing boards looked like they could be replaced pretty badly

What I like:
I can't say enough good things about this barn. The owner is the trainer and lives on site, so the horses receive excellent care. I always get an update if there is an issue with my horse, and he's not in training - just boarded. Turnout is available, and they will deal with your horse's blanket when it's necessary. The covered arena is a plus, and there are a variety of jumps available.

The trainer (Jayne) does great work with all types of horses - she has some lovely warmbloods in training, but there are quite a few different breeds in the barn. Dressage is probably the main focus I guess, but there are several H/J customers and eventers. She goes to several H/J shows each season and will take people out to school cross country (she's done a good bit of eventing as well).

Everything is very laid back; from my description, it's probably obvious that everyone is welcome = )

Pretty much all of the horses are good natured and seem quite pleased with their set up.

Also, the farrier comes out pretty much every week, and he does a fabulous job for an extremely reasonable price.

Again, can't say enough great things about this barn. Give a call if you're interested in training/boarding/lessons = ) Jayne can describe her place and services much better than me, haha.
What needs improvement:
Hmm, I can't really think of much... I suppose it would be perfect if there were lots of trails. The area just isn't that big, so you'd have to haul to get to a really fabulous trail area.

Other than that, I'm in love with this place and am so glad I found it!!!
