What I like:
I really love the energy of the stable, it's extremely positive and upbeat, I've seen a huge difference in our horses. Our little riders are totally getting the opportunity to enjoy themselves and their horses.
What needs improvement:
Management is currently working on the fencing, once completed it will give even more paddock space.

What I like:
This stable has an excellent instructor. Her pleasant demeanor and patience has really helped me with my riding technique. There is plenty of room at her barn and Liz really treats my horse very well.
What needs improvement:
The only two issues i have here are the new trails cant get made fast enough, and i can't steal the instructor away to my personnel farm. :)

What I like:
I was so impressed by this young woman! She is young 21, but she is one of the best local riders I have ever seen. She is also so very gentle and quiet with the horses. She has a logical plan for training both the horse and rider. She comes to lessons very well prepared. She is able to articulate in a way that is understandable to even a non horse person. The care of the horses is exemplary.
What needs improvement:
Turf was badly damanaged by the last tenent at the farm. The fences need expanding. Considering this barn has only been up and working since December 2010 they are making good progress.

What I like:
The barn is small so you won't have a lot of people.
What needs improvement:
In my search for a barn I drove by to inquire but found the paddocks much too close to a major route with high speed traffic. If my horses were to get out they would become road kill. Looks like a lot of work still needs to be complete.

What I like:
the manager who rents the stable attended a local trade school for horses
What needs improvement:
location is right on a major road, manager is only 21 yrs old with no "real" world experience in horse care only supervised at her trade school. Manager was a riding instructor at Kelly's Ford and was fired. Riding arena is stone dust with no sand. Fencing needs work. Prices are too high for the care and the area. No Indoor or outdoor lights.

What I like:
Wonderful new barn. Ms. Walther is a very friendly, knowledgeable manager with a wealth of experience that she is only too willing to share. Horses are very well cared for here. Stalls are large and airy and well bedded out with ample shavings. No "penny pinching" here. Super friendly welcoming atmosphere. We just love it here and so do our horse and pony.
What needs improvement:
Lots of projects underway here as at any new barn. Finishing touches added daily. This barn is already great and just gets better and better as projects are completed.
