What I like:
Not a snobby atmosphere, trainer's willingness to help and attend to your needs while helping try to save you money. I learned many things from him. Small covered arena, tack lockers, many good amenities. I was called immediately when my horse was colicing, the caretaker looks after your horses if your treat him kindly.
What needs improvement:
Mud, consistency. You get what you pay for, the pricing is affordable and your horses get the essentials. If you want a high class facility you have to pay for it.

What I like:
in town close to home. trails close to stables
What needs improvement:
the quality of care. summit stables need a owner willing to put out the effort needed to care for horses properly and see when the barn needs maintenance so things like the heavy wood metal feed boxes don't fall off the ceiling and land on any more horses, causing them to spook and bash into the walls with nails sticking out then falling and geting all cut up . Summit could also use a care taker who has the resources and the willingness to notify owners when a horse may need extra attention , or in my case is bleeding from 4 areas and needs a vet because the feed box fell on my horses head. STAY AWAY EVERY THING YOUR GOING TO BE TOLD IS FALSE. CHECK PETS ON CRAIGS LIST FOR MORE INFO.
